anyone changed one of these before??

ive removed the circlip but the reg wont come out...I dont want to destroy it getting it out as im swapping out a good one into a stuffed one....new ones are around $100

got it out it was jammed in their good....no special technique just brute force..

I used multi-grips with a twist and pull it came out
