Hi Does anybody know where I can get turbo headers from in nz for a 1999 AU falcon I6 and how much psi the engine can take?

Depends on what turbo u have , you could make one using the stock manifold, have one custom made or buy one from snort, 6boost,
Engine will take between 6-12 psi safely

That means: Proper ECU, big injectors, GOOD TUNE, valve springs. It is an expensive excersise to do properly.
