Hey guys, will an AU VRS gasket kit fit onto a EF? I know the head gaskets are the same but not sure about the other gaskets?

The valve stem seals will be different.

Oh right thanks. Are the valve stems different diameters?

Yes, AU are smaller dia.

When using an MLS head gasket, the surface finish of the head and the block are critical for sealing and longevity of the job.

Yeah i will be getting the head shaved and clean up the block properly. Thinking of giving it a bit of love and just cleaning up the ports a bit, new valve spring and also looking at getting camtech cam. Anyone had anything to do with them?
