So im about to do the head gasket soon and I was thinking of putting a new camshaft in as well why I have the head off. Have been looking a the crow cam shaft, Any recommendations and do I need all the other gear to go with it like the valve stem seals retainers seats springs and vernier cam gear? have a tickford head on my el I assume all the gear would be the xr6 gear as well, did the xr6 have a different cam than the standard?
