hey i got an el ex-taxi running on gas. Every time i start the car while the engine is cold, the engine turns but seems like the is no gas going to the engine to start it. But about 10-25 sec the car starts. What could be causing this problem?

there should be a switch to the left of the steering wheel which u use to switch between fuels.
start on petrol everytime when engine is cold otherwise u will burn out your starter motor and switch to gas when u r on a level road at around 1500rpm
