what do i need to change with my fuel tank and lines to take my xe falcon from carby to efi?????

You will need an xf efi tank with pump, efi spec fuel hose ( high pressure ), steel fuel lines will be ok for efi.
What ecu are you going to run?

Why would you?

IMO the Carbi XE's are better on fuel and make more power and give less grief.
