it would be possible, but it would be extremly hard.
chroming is done by a series of electroplating.
you'd need to set up an electrobath, and some sort of circut, most likely requirering 3 phase power.
you'd also need to get your hands on some aqueous chromium solution.

it would cost more to set up than it would be worth.

you could use chrome spray paint but it not as good as crome it's self......
