What fuel were you running? Regular 91?

for all those who still argue over k&n filters or no filters giving gains, he took the airbox off so and flipped her so there was no filter and I ran a 139.1rwhp so there is a gain there with a decent air induction

Thats the typical gain you get by having the intake open bypassing the airbox.

3.5hp which is ~2.5kw. So the combination of the filter, airbox and snorkle is 2.5rwkw. That is why people say there is bugger all gains. Even if you had a 100% efficient setup (which is next to impossible) you will only get 2.5rwkw. If you did a good setup and halved the restriction you will get yourself just over 1rwkw.

a stock EF will get 100rwkw. so yeah you have an average car there.

100rw/kw is what chiptourqe quotes for EF/EL in stock form. and they have a very accurate dyno.

so yeah i would be happy with that.

i went and saw Justin at RX engineering

real good bloke, told me to bring it back after exhaust, headers and intake and he will run her again for hardly anything cause he wants 2 see what it will run with him, he hopes 150rwhp or more with them, then he was highly interested when i was telling him about the rpd cam, so he wants 2 see what that gives out aswell so yeh, I made a friend lol
