Must have good airspeed then....I've fitted cams like that, port work, intake matched, good exhaust and stuff like that, and you'd only know it has a cam like that in it is when they were cold.

it does change the vacuum at idle a fair bit tho, down from 21inhg stock (i think) to 17 or 18inhg on mine.
dont get me wrong, you can tell it has a cam, JUST. and yeah cold starts it has a bit of lump to it, but i think thats just hunting. (i should really get off my a*** and finish the tune)

That sounds interesting. Think i might actualy go for that and get my j3 retuned. Then again might save up a little more and go port and polished,vernier,heavy duty spring bigger cam and then put it on the dyno and get it tweaked.

with the 977b@110 i pulled 154rwkw in an ef manual with stock tickford head, and that was an unfinished tune.

so did i, apparently a hard dyno. will see when i get the blue one on with a complete tune. the 154 was with my red one.
