Who has done this and what difference was noted?
I have been advised that you should replace the fuel pressure reg with the 300kpa XR6 one for a bit more benefit? and also that it can be ran off the stock ECU?

XR6 cams give no peformace gains over stock. Your better off getting a stage 1 cam for just a few extra dollars and no more effort XR6 fuel reg is only benifical if you have other mods. And yes your ECU is more then capable of running XR6 stuff

Nah waste of time. Most of the difference was in the head, diff and ECU.
