try checking the relays on rh side of engine bay infront of airbox,sound like one has shorted out

Hi thanks I have checked all relays and temp senders .I have a feeling it could be the bem ,I cant program a new remote entry unit either. The motor runs quit well doesnot over heat it runs cooler than norm looks like atrip to ford and computer test .Iwill advise results Roy

is it an auto?
your transmision might be overheating?
the temp sensor in the transmision might be faulty??
if there is a problem with the auto the fans can also come on as a fail safe to keep it cool..

yep i mean a problem as in over heating transmision or fluid or no temp signal from the trans..
