Hey guys, I'm trying to solve an issue with my EF II ghia which I can't figure out.

It idles perfectly, then the car get's to operating temp and when I'm at a stop in D the idle will drop 150RPM lower than normal and the car will run rough, it's not rough or lumpy, more like a struggle/vibration. When the car is cold it idles in D perfectly just not when warm. If I put it into Park/Neutral the car idles fine warm or cold, it's only when in gear whilst warm.

Leads, plugs, all filters, thermostat, oxy sensor, throttle body/ISC have all been serviced. The leads and oxy sensor were both only 20 000k's old when the rough idle started.

Diagnostics test showed up nothing also.

Would anyone have any idea? The symptoms seems pretty specific so hopefully it's an easy fix!

hi mate yeah my ef does the same thing when cold its ok as soon as its warmed up it has a rough idle might be few things the base idle setting, isc soloniode pins dirdy also try replacing the cam angle sensor ,,as i said mine doing the same thing but it comes and goes when somtimes when u switch the car off its ok other times it there im coint to replace the cam angle sensor first ,,see if that works
