looking to up the compression want to get an au head gasket but the el and au look the same at 55 thou thick plase help maybe a part number?

AU MLS is available through Ford, its about 20-25 thou. Should set you back anywhere between $60 and $90 dollars.
Most aftermarket kits supply the standard s**t composite gasket, so get the gasket from Ford alone, and some aftermarket headbolts for $50 odd and you're done. |
