Anyone know what type of hose needs to be used to transfer the oil from the engine to the engine oil cooler?

I'd suggest something that can handle the pressure (which isn't a lot), resist the fluid type and braided for safety

try rubber auto transmission hoses..
they should hold up to the pressure and the heat..

go to pirtek and get braided teflon stainless hoses. it will cost you around $150, but you wont have them fail on you
