Neither....is for the Turbocabulator...won't work with out the correct fluxing/pulsating capacitance.

Ok. So yesterday the car was backfiring and missing and surging and ect.
Along with pinging and everything else.
So today I swapped my current old motocraft leads with my other old bosch ones.
Turns out that was the problem cos its not pinging. Missing. Surging anything. Just like new.
Weird.

see it wasn't the timing if you fix the problem obviously it's going to run better

Well the old plugs look fine. Imsure if they were obviously rooted I would have changed them.

Nah. I looked in them tho. And since they are only as old as the bosch ones and the seemed the same so I "assumed" they were fine
