hey guys, i was wondering how to get more power out of my au mk 2 with dedicated gas motor (what is stock) (4ltr straight 6) for least amount of money possible? (im concidering putting a 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust ststem though with hi flow cat, new muffler and extractors)

Why go new when you can get it second hand?

EA-AU sedan exhaust systems are all the same....
Save some coin and you can put mods in other areas as well....

OK you dont have a heap of grunt but make use of what you have, get the handling worked on...
Nothing like getting jiggy with it in the twisties and you right up the clacker of a car with twice your power!

There is more to just power, look at the whole package... stop, turn & go....

Still helps if you can find second hand bits where you can if coin is a hassle...
Both my AU and now my BA is built on second hand bits.... Saved a crap load.....

Trick is to be patient....
