got a problem with the oil pressure relief valve It seems to be stuck in the au block I cant remove unless I maybe drill it out will this harm the block?

this is after I drill it out ive sort of nip the side a little but it shouldnt effect anything

That isn't a pressure relief valve....thats a oneway valve for the oil pressure to the cam chain tensioner....now you will need a new one.....if you can get one.
