how the hec do you tell if a Ef falcon is a series two? i read the rego sticker on the front and it doesnt say anything. It does have an abs sticker on the back window

Have a look at your vehicle identification plate in the engine bay.
EF model codes will be 184** EF II will be 186**

if it has no trans dipstick in the engine bay, then it is a series 2.

Or the rear window has been replaced 
The other tell tale sign is the Ash tray, and the ciggy lighter. If the ashtray covers the ciggy lighter, then its a series 1 If the ciggy lighter is accessable with the ashtray closed, then its a series 2.

its got an abs sticker on the back window but the ciggie lighter its hidden behind the flip face ashtray

I can access my ciggy lighter with the ashtray closed, I own an 11/94 EF I. This particular part is so easy to change, it would be the most unreliable part to check.

door moulds is another good one if there flat then its a 1 if they are raised and erounded its a 2, this could of been replaces as well tho
