Did you run out of money when modifiying it? Why the hell didnt you paint the wing/bonnet. Looks like you went down to u-pull-it and raided a diffrent colour car and ran out of $$ to paint it.

one word?

Tacky

To aid with sale you will find removing personal touches/odd add ons will help with value/time.

Personally id do the following:

- Put standard tail lights back in.
- Put normal spoiler back on or paint this one the right colour.
- Keep GTP spoiler on, state it can come with stock spoiler.
- Paint bonnet to body colour or swap back to stock or with someone of same colour for some cash.

Otherwise looks good, all matched up with those rims would look pretty hot, id say easier to sell too!

Oh and when you go to sell it, dont use photos with the car sitting on burnout marks.

People like to think they are looking at a nicely treated car, even if they know they arent LOL!

The man has asked a question guys, sure you can give your opinion on his car, but at least answer his question without bagging him out.
Otherwise why bother replying?

I would seriously remove anything you added to the car mate, you lose more money by selling it with the modifications as people don't want to pay for them. Maybe leave the rear wing but colour coded would look better.
As for price, it's impossible to say the way the market is, i'd jump on www.carsales.com.au and www.carpoint.com.au and just get a rough idea on what they're bringing.
Then advertise and hope for the best!

man i dont care what others say i reckon its hawt :P.... but they are right, you have to find the right person when selling with modifications, using standard stuff opens the car up to a wider audience with wider tastes

Not forgetting, cars do fetch higher prices in the west compared to the east.

I just paid $32,000 on the road for a Dec 05 BF XR6 with 6,000kms on the clock. That might give you an idea of how much you might get. Drop a few grand as its a BA/40,000kms maybe $25-26,000? Depends if the buyer values the expensive rims and premium ICC etc. If most potential buyers dont care if it has those they wont pay much more for it than a standard one.

And take the taillights out, put the originals back in and list them as an extra (or sell on ebay). Most people dont like them. I dont mind them depending on what colour car it is :P Also, I think the black bonnet and spoiler look good :)

cars just arnt selling to good lately, i doubt you will get anything close to what you paid for it originally but it does have low K's and looks like it been looked after. Maybe you would be better off trading it in on your new ride?

Hmmm, maybe paint the bonnet, I'm okay with the wing being as is though.
