Can anyone tell me why on startup my idle goes to 1200 RPM and then slowly drops to about 800 RPM? Could it need a tune or maybe a new ISC valve?

try cleaning the isc..

might help, as it can build up with heaps of gunk..

Done that, its clean as a whistle, maybe its just had the finger?
