The instrument cluster is where all the guages are (speedo, tacho, fuel guage, etc)
This is where it is on an EF

Diagnosttic port is just next to the fuse panel. To find that, sit in the seat and lift your right knee fast and look behind the panel that fell off.

So am I trying to understand what you just wrote
Is it so hard to write in english? At the top of the 'fuse box' there is a large white plug with lots of pins - that is the diagnostic port. I think your after rpm which is the third pin from the bottom right.

yes the diagnostic port is in the "fuse box". but it looks more like a multi pin port than a fuse :p |
