Just got mine sent out to me "THANKS NICK" and it looks amazing.. I am going to sleep with it tonight and pop it on tomorrow night. Anyway, you EL owners, where did you get the rubber to fit it up to the throtle boady as well as the rubber bend ?

The rubber bend i used the standed ford one and i used a 3'' silicon rubber for tht TB ....same stuff they use on turbo intercoolers |

I have an oval throttle body shape on my EF. The 3" by 3" pipe works a treat. I got mine from Repco, they sell various sizes, for $10.00. A bit expensive but at least I have one now. |

delivered. fitted. no probs. just didnt line up 1 bolt the one near to the firewall. didnt hit bonnet just the sound deadener which i cut out with stanley knife. It got more of a growl to it now
 i reckon its got 5kw gain hehe any dynoed some results?

Yeah I agree with the extra noise from under the engine bay. Coupled with a good zorst and headers, it makes the Falcons growl which puts a big smile on my dial! Thanks FTG Auto Salvage!

Mine defenitly sounds better, even out the exhaust, could be just me but i think it's got a bit more power down low too, notice something different this moringing anyway. Might just paint the original bolts now. Also i just got my 85mm hose from clark rubber, worked a treat. Cheers

nope all gone now , we may look at doing another batch of them in a little while but the price has been put up to us and the new price will be closer to $300. the vendor is also happy to do a run of 10 or so v8 ones cost will be about $165 Darren p.s chunkz yours is in my car so give me a call to arrange pick up. |
