Nizpro kits don't come with a BOV.
WRC cars don't use BOVs. All the quickest manual XR6Ts don't use BOVs. Case closed. Arm79 is originally from Sydney too I think, so his opinion doesn't count

And loud there are about 3 or four xr6t with this on there already ABADXR MISALY they are a few cars that do have them

cheers $300 wont get ya very far... exhaust for these start at around $550, edit: I just seen ya only 18! Dont do any engine mods for a while!!

F6 lower airbox with the 2nd CAI, and high flow panel filter.
Will give you a bit more induction noise and a bit more go. Block BOV and get a dose pipe happening for shts and giggles.
