Come to the Car show at Koala park on Sunday. There will be a lot of info available from people who have built there own plus a number of trade stalls. Can't remember if there were any engine builders with stalls last show, but you will be able to meet a few of us fordmoders who will have cars on show. The only engine builder that springs to mind is Teterin engineering at Hamilton/Mayfield. I'm sure there are plenty of others around, we are an industrial city after all.
Check the events calender for info regarding the meet on Sunday. There are also a few guys meeting at Glendale who are just going down for a cruise.
Cheers,
Mick

price engines at cardiff have a good rep.

however, if youre looking for somthing to cope with a little more power try atomic engines in sydney 600kw safe for around 4k

Koala Park is at the entrance to Munmorah Power Station just off the Old pacific highway at Doyalson.

The best in newcastle for fords is Mcnaughtons at Wallsend. the owner has been building ford engines for more than 30 years and its been in the family for 70 years. They built mine for 2.5k with lots of extras. they can do everything in house unlike everywhere else that sends parts out to get done.
The building may be old and man it smells like grease but they know their s**t

Another good engine builder is Ray from True Line Engineering in Essendon. He's been around forever and knows what he's talking about. Got my engine built there, goes great!
