can i run the ea with it disconnected for a few months.

i turned the steering wheel to full left lock and the engine almost stalled..

Mine's disconnected and I havn;t had it stall on me. LOL, mine's more likely to stall with it connected the way the idle f**k up.

the switch is buggered and can't afford to get a new one till after xmas

if its the same as an ef you need to bridge it if you are gonna disconnect.
