does anyone know if u can replace the battery tray in EF-EL cause mine is a little on the rusty side and acid wear has eaten away at it.

yeah...

just grab a good one from wreckers [or such] drill out the spot welds on yours & replace! - can eitha weld it in or be slack & bolt it in . . . . . . .....
