howdy
will a EF rocker cover fit straight onto my EB 4l? from memory the EF cover has the little half moon shapes in the casting. so im guessing i get a EF rocker cover gasket?

You need an EF/EL/AU/XH/ Rocker Cover, and matching gasket (EF/EL are the same, AU is inverted).
You will also need EF/EL style rocker cover bolts. You will need to remove the studs in the rocker gear to make way for the bolts. They simply unscrew with some pliers (theres probably a better tool to do this with!! ![]() And yeh.. voila - easy stuff.
