Thanks to a broken rocker arm yesterday i've had to pull the cam gear off the wifes car, ive just got it all put back together , just replaced whole rocker gear from my old head ,got it tight and tried to turn the motor by hand and its jammed!
now , spark plugs are already out , the timing marks were in the right place, the cam didnt come out , i just left it.
I did however undo the tension on the timing chain whilst i was doin this ,
you reckon i may have let the chain jump?? if so , how do i get back to the correct spot?
i got to fix this f**k today
i read the cam change over article and realised i didnt need to undo the timing tension, but its too late to cry now

I broke around 2 rockers thanks to impact and fatal damage.Man ..do you have a good idea why it broke in the first plaace?
