Im about to buy a RPD Stage 1 Cam for my EF GLi.

I got a 2.5Inch catback, so with the RPD1 how much better will the car go.

Will it give me more tourque, power, economy???

Quick answers please guys.

They would be worth getting for $130?

How much is 1 shim from ford?!
