can anyone tell me where i can find how to do a ecu self diagnostic on a eb 3.9 cfi with 4sp auto. i have done it b 4 but i can't remeber any of it, please help

i search my whole house looking for the doco's on how to do this and found them finely :D, i am going to write up and post it since there seems to be no info on eb1 3.9 cfi anyware.
