not really 100% but ive seen kits go for as low as $3500 (parts only)

supercharging is a bit cheaper, some kits can start from that price fitted!

you can buy the kits off ebay cheap altho they are made with cheaper turbos, and they use a log manifold

take a look at this :http://www.fordmods.com/ford-turbo-supercharger-f22/how-to-turbo-your-i6-the-diy-way-with-pics-t12309.html

it would work if you had a 'track car' look... no seats... rollcage.... ultra low.... camber at like -19.... low profile tyres.... 17" feet... decals and s**t all over... then you might pull it off... oh and probs like 200kw at the rears...

theres somthing you can buy that plugs into your cig lighter and picks up the engine rpm through the alternater, and its got an fm transmitter, when you rev the car it sends a v8 sound through your fm stereo, it sounds real..inside the car anyways

The way i see it is: A turbo is for performance, not sound. The sound is just a bonus of having a turbo. Having the sound with no turbo is like riding a bike around with speakers pumping out v8 sounds. Doesnt make any sense to me at all. Or am i completely incorrect in my assumption?

For a daily the quicker and quieter a car can be the better....as long as it isn't a hybrid.

sam. i would get a turbo but it would be illegal so a cheaper alternative is the fake blow off. i no what a turbo is for but am not to interested in one atm for the p plate reason. you have the right idea, i thought the fake BOV was stupid to but then i thought might as well just for kicks, if you get what i mean
