sorted out the brake fail issue. have got a new starter motor new battery. when going to start it up its just making a tink noise. any ideas. need the car to work for holidays

does it crank?? check your ignition coil.. its a common problem

the "tink" noise sounds like it is NOT cranking to me..
usually a sign of a flat battery, but since thats new maybe re check the conectiosn to teh battery and starter motor?

ive checked the connction and all is fine. its just not cranking over. dam stupid piece of s**t car. im hopefully going to drive it to sydney on saturday the 22nd of september
