With regard to it being out of an AU3, i doubt that thats the problem, as the old factory fitted EL engine had this problem too...
It was just very gutless!!!!!

Yes. They roar, and they are extremely strong- both. There is a definate difference between the low and high speed. Low is like a breeze, and high is like a cyclone, on both of them.
