did you have this trouble before head and cam?

if not, have you tried your old tensioner with just a new cam sleeve?

Didn't have the problem before. But it seems that before they had jammed the tensioner up so it was tight.
If I get a chance this week I'll try the old tensioner with new cam sleeve (working 7 days a weel sucks donkey nuts).

I'm not sure of how much has been taken off it, I know I had it checked out at the Repco Workshop here in Hobart and he cleaned it up for me and checked she was flat on the bottom (he did it as a quick favour on the last day before Chrissie holidays and they were all leaving when I got there so I didn't get a chance to ask anything more).
