does anyone know LOL cam lift and duration for a falcon E series 6 cylinder JMM camshaft DIV 5 cam ??

as far as know they are the only ones with that info.

i do know the specs for the dev3 are flaoting around somewhere

Hey anyone here want to post up that we steal the JMM workshop ute.

That has a dev 5 cam in that we could measure up.

I get the idea that anything you can download is free but really custom cam profiles?

Yes i reckon thats stealing their intellectual property in case no one gets it.

Agreed. Unless someone has an uninstalled DEV5 cam floating about, you wont get the specs from JMM.

Worth a try though :)

if anyone up this way has one (even in the car) and would be willing, i'll messure it. wont be perfect but it'l give every one an idea of what they are putting in the cars

If i want to know something about a object and what its specs are is that stealing ?

It would be 'stealing' if you were measuring the profile to reproduce the cam, but measuring for comparison is definately not.

It doesnt matter if the profile is secret or not - they still own the intellectual property, and nobody has stolen anything until someone else starts making money from it.

it would only be stealing if jmm had a patent on the cam, is it stealing if they regrind a ford cam and market it as something else??

Any decent camshaft comes with all the data on a tag or a paper specification sheet I have bought many cams over the years from crane, engel, manley and some aussie ones from waggott, etc and they all had data tags :roll: :D :D :D
