What is the ballpark figure for a stock BA 4.0 litre for power at the rears?

Sooooooo without wishing to get into debate (and yes, this is generalisation) an e-series Falc putting out 135rkw is making about 180 at the fly???

149 would be making near 200???

round about yes - a stock 157kw falcon will put out ~110-115rwkw so 130rwkw to about 180 and so on.

Auto or manual?

FYI: My old mans "T" made 192.8 at the rears with just a K&N panel and made 201.2 at the rears with a new exhaust (this is expected to increase).

6sp manual... conservative Mainline dyno rather than a happy dyno dynamics... on the day, a KN filter was worth an extra 2kws on another identicle car

Apparently T's read 175 to 205 depending on dyno

JMM claims about 140. a little less that 140 for autos, a little more for manuals.

i reember a while ago thee was a thread like this. some guy was getting his BA xr6 dyno'd. there was a little 'tipping' contest on what he was going to get. i remember this because i thought it would have been about 140 from memory. and to my surprise ALOT of people said 125. i think he ended up getting around 135. not sure though, i might do a search and try and find the old thing.

ok. your not going to believe this. but i actualy found the old thread. i bet 145rwkw, and the actual reading on a dyno dynamics was 125rwkw.

see for yourselves.

since the ef/el engin(157kw) is goos for 105-115rwkw, i highly doubt that a 182kw barra is going to pull much more then 10rwkw more then the ef/el. so 125rwkw sounds decent but 140 is seriously pushing it
