Recently my older brother has gone and brought a new ute and has no need for the body of his EB xr8 he only wants the engine and has a XH Longreach ute considering I am only on my P plates I cant drive a v8 any ways

But just trying to do so with little cost if possible was wondering if this is possible or even worth the change hoping for mostly time considering all the parts we have

with as little cost as possible with out cutting corners what would need to be done to make this possible
going to keep the xr8 suspension diff if possible has a steel dampner on the tail shaft but don't know if it will fit the five speed manual on the XH i6
removing the y piece and going to see if can use the remaining exhaust don't know if theres a problem with engine mounts or using XH wiring
is there anything we should know when trying this before we waist money and time

but have a ute for as many parts as we can exchange
