hey guys,
went to SVOMotorsport (east melb) and asked what they do for air intake and they said they would fit an XH snorkel and put a KnN panel filter in he said to purchase and fit the XH snorkel would be about $55 is that a ripoff? how much is the XH snorkel from ford? cheers Daniel

there $32 and take about 15 mins to fit all you need is screw drivers and a hacksaw blade

I think you could get one from around $40
prob ring ford and check, might save yourself 15 bucks for a couple of beers on the way home

yep i got mine for about the same price as well. Except it took me a while to get it on due to a sh#tty hacksaw blade, which i accidently dropped behind the radiator while doing it and now cant get it out, haha. |

Argh, I rocked up to the Dominelli Parts/Service shop in Kirrawee the other day (Sydney). And asked about the XH snorkle, they wanted $48, can't blame postage, it was in stock, and I was there to pick it up. Not meaning to have a whinge over $16, but the way fuel is going these days, $16 is still $16.

$45 for one down in tassie. But thats ok becuase i didn't have to pay postage if i got one off ebay or whatever

Where do you people go to buy this snorkle? I really cant see why the price differs soo much in different places, is it Ford that you people are going to isnt it? Mines Dominelli parts and service.

Yeaaaa...........thats where I went, but you'd think, Sydney being the big city that it is, you would think it was gonna be cheap
 ($48) , but to hear sombody purchasing one for $32....

Looks like I've missed out on the good deals, rang Sinclair Ford at Penrith today, they are asking $45 for it. Might give this mod a miss for the moment.
