yeah take an angle grinder to it, i found it a bit of a pain in the a*** cause i didn't want to remove any of the cooling hoses, so i just used a dremel multi tool with the mini cutting disk then a sanding bad to try and even it out a bit. my local Ford are selling them for $55, but yeah check wreakers and ebay also.

yeh must say feels alot better then the standard one one there and if you u put ya hand at the mouth of the XH one you can really feel it sucking the air(well could feel it on mine).

i hear ya biggav, you can really feel it and hear it when you stand in front of it and pull in the throttle bracket :D
