Technically yes , realistically no . I had a cop pop my bonnet with extractors and he said himself it's all standard

I run extractors too with my exhaust being fairly loud and each time I've been pulled up I've had no issues. So long as they aren't shiny and stand out or you arent revving the tits off your car I think you'll be fine!

i had a AU heatsheild on mine and it covered most of the extractors. unless you have been hooning around i dont think the cops will bother you to much about it

I painted my pacemakers black and bent the eb shield to fit and had no hassles, they always pointed the tourch at them as If to say they seen em but normally just complimented me on the cleanliness of the car and engine bay and left me to "have a good night".
