Picking up a steel BA bonnet this weekend, and will get the bulge and framework fitted into my EB bonnet.

Glad to see the end result will look so good!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully the car being white will "hide" the bulge, as it is being fitted for cooling, not asthetics, need more air around the inlet plenum to keep it cool.

How did you go with sink back. I have had a problem with sink back the the painters have been unable to resolve. It is due to joining fibreglass to metal. When the paint is backed, it sinks back. We tried it without baking, but the engine heat caused sink back after about a week. Any ideas???

that looks great! I wonder how it would look on a EF / EL fairmont bonnet, as they are higher in the middle than the falcons, should look great too. Well done!!
