i have my front and side indicators tinted black as well as my tail lights and i have never hadd any trouble from the cops. i also have a set of headlight protectors that are tinted black and still no trouble

i saw a commodore with tinted tail lights the other day, car was also painted black, maybe cause it was a commodore I dont know but it made it looks s**t then already was.. looks too plain, only thing that set it apart was number plate, rest was just solid black yuck

i chose not to do mine too dark so its still safe to drive...

i did this put got over zealous and the paint ran every time it flashed you could see the runs any way woreked bright at night but s**t a day time i think this is a cop attractor.

i used night shades (still have an almost full can here if any one wants to borrow some) its easy as to tint, i have done my tail lights a little darker like southys and my clear repeaters, they look a million bucks and dont look like cheap plastic, gives the plastic cover a more glassy effect. and no i have never had any problems. and i have been tailed by cops before they did a random test
 never even mentioned my tail lights.

There's an astra I think it was with tinted plastic over their tailights, looks standard though, was on a black car too, so it looked ok for the daytime

i have mine done but what i did was put in brighter globes i havnt had any problems with the globes heating up or n e thing. and i think it looks good.
