$70 is more than the we'd like to sell them for but amber globes are $3 each (included) postage and handling is $5 and they cost more than $40 to make so you do the sums, hardly worth the effort but as a contact to the manufacturer and the fact that we'd rather see clearies than the crappy orange ones on our cars, that's why we had them made. have tried, and still trying to get them at a higher quality and cheaper but this means going overseas and a $30,000 tooling set up cost wasn't really viable.

Ok that is fine, i appreciate your justification. I can imagine with aftermarket parts everyone wants something different and then wonders why there is a higher cost for small productions custom parts.

no worries fellas, it was really tricky trying to get these done as the original (overseas) manufacturer could supply us with the orange ones for about $10 each but wouldn't go for the clear lense / grey body change so we had to find someone to custom make them here. these ones still cost us over $400 in parts to just go through prototying, the only diff other than that is the v clip to the rear is deleted and they use 3m foam to seal from behind, something that is more secure and better against theft. at the end of the day they look much better and still give the orange flash required, you won't be sorry, again anyone wanting a set email me, thanks.
ps. will be fitting the second prototype to my EB this weekend, will keep you posted. pss. sorry adz, I did receive your order but have been interstate for work, items will be sent today.

well, our (johnos & mine) clear indicators arrived today - very happy with them! arrived well packaged, with globes/instructions etc - very professional
 anyone thinking about it, go for it! will post up the results when they're done later today after work!

Hey found this on ebay the other day didnt think much about it till reading this thread
