Hi there what is the offset for a ef is it 6.5 also would 6 fit?

offset is from 0mm to +6mm, not +6.5mm.

also what does it mean when it says my current rims are 15X6.5 i know the 15 means 15" but what about the 6.5?

the bobjane website says 11mm will fit im guessing thats s**t

Possibly would fit, but you would need to check suspension clearence.

Offset isn't that simple. It is also determined by wheel width. A 0 offset 8" wide wheel is going to have the same backspacing as a +12 7" wheel.
