will these fit? how much am i looking at paying and where? do they come in chrome or polished?

for copies my brother paid $1100 with new dunlop rubber. The rims were 2nd hand but VGC

CAn anyone tell me the measurement of the e series offset, and the au-ba offset for that fact???
