is there any diference between the headlights on a el fairmont to a el falcon

yes
ef/el fairmont/fairlane lights are the same and ef/el gli/futura are the same.. <-- i think.

ef and el low series lights are different.
ef/el high series lights are the same. low series = gli/futura high series = fairmont/ghia/fairlane/ltd/GT
