Need to know if anyone out there knows where I can find a full open mouth grille for my XF. Like the ones on XG utes but without the badge.

The XG grille has the removable badge section so it's a full open mouth. Wreckers yards would most likely have them for under $50. You could always place an ad in the wanted section or maybe look on ebay.
