i think my headlights need adjusting and i was wondering whether i could just do it myself with the orange thingo behind the headlight??? and how would i go about this????? thanks

yep, thats the adjuster..
there should be 2, one for up/down, and another for L/R. i normally drive up to a brick wall, and park 5-10m away, and aim them until they are the same.. Just turn the orange doo-dad... David.

there is a 6mm allen key on the outer edge under the black plastic cover
