ha ha thats a brilliant name for a thread.
Anyway, as many do, I have removed the mudspats from my fairmont, due to the fact they look f**k s**t. But now everytime it drizzles a bit, I get left driving what looks like a rallycar. So, here's what I'm thinking. I'm gonna go down to my garage. Spend an hour searching for my mudflaps. Cut them down a bit, and shape them. See what they look like on car. Then, possibly, depending what they look like, I might paint em matte black. I'm gonna emulate the BA Mudspats a bit. More molded and not almost scraping the ground even in an unlowered car... That's my intention. If I don't post again, it's either because it looked s**t, or I couldn't find my mudflaps...

Exact reason I haven't taken my mudflaps off. I hate cleaning my car, and it sees the strip a fiar bit.
Might look like poo, but they are there for a purpose. I'll probably end up tearing them off, with superlows they scrap on just about anything

Mine are off and during winter, my car can look like it has been 4wd'in g n rolled into mud lol..
Pretty bad if you dont s**t regularly. To wash it properly after it gets pretty bad can take me a good day. still not putting mudflaps back on! -upsetting-

Meh, mudflaps don't look that bad, and I've seen what has happened when they are removed.

With the boot gas tank, and a person in the backseat, they would make for embaressing sounds pulling out of carparks. All my passengers would be like 'DUUUDE, take it easy, your scraping the f**k out of your car'...
I think they got thrown out now, I've been searching the garage for ages now.. found everything BUT the mudflaps. On the upside, I found an ancient carby under my house, completely useless, but fun to look at.

I guess if you drive a stock or near stock car or even a pos, then you can leave them on and not care less, aye chunky.

Bah, I put some vinyl cleaner on mine (and the wheels too) and they all come up real good. You couldn't care less IF you take them off, scratch the s**t out of the underside of your doors and the rear underside. I rest my case.
