Any body ever darkened the limited edition rims I know they are shadow chrome but mine just came in the standered alloy color and I like the shadow chrome but thinking they might look even better if they were just a tad darker

I have finally plastidip rims and painted calipers...decals didn't work and will look at again. Had to wait two months for plastidip...here was the process
Rims off - clean calipers  Clean rims really well  Rims off - first coat of plastidip (simply looks like black dots...waited 30 minutes between coats and gave 5 coats...  Falcon with spare set of Mondeo rims - with young kids putting car on 4 axle stands makes some people uncomfortable...easy option and safest...looks bloody awful  Tried decal - failed miserably...it peeled over the decal edge and lifted...will look at doing it again and probably off the car next time

Peeling plastidip off rims...simple and it works well cutting across the rim edge
 Completed rims...nice finish and will peel off when finished or bored...  Completed on car...completely changes look...very happy...  My ride...

With the decals its actually really hard to get it right you pretty much have to buy a whole new set off ebay for 50bucks and spray them properly and then apply them to the car. Obie.

I thought it looked familiar with the black roof and black wheels.

I have an 09 Xr6 has a ss induction growler, full xforce exhaust system and a tune making 191 rwkw and 583 n.m's soon to come cams, mags and lowered
 cant upload pictures for some reason

I actually made roughly 8 kws less when I put atomic stage 4s in my na. Seems to bethe case most the time. Just ask around.

You reckon it lost power because the cams were too big? What were your supporting mods if you don't mind me asking. I'm curious also, as you're not the first to say that the stage4 cams from atomic will net less power, but the car will be faster and pull harder through the higher gears.

Only did valve springs underdrives tune and exhaust. Was going to get head work done but couldn't be bothered buying another fg motor just for the head to be worked..... at the time I couldn't have it off the road so gave up on that. If I was to do it again I would have just supercharged it would have cost me the same for bigger gains. It did feel stronger up to the end of third gear but varied on the days conditions alot more after third gear.
